Spring 2026

The 20th of March brings the Vernal Equinox, the beginning of the spring season, as the Sun exits Pisces and enters Aries at 10:46 AM EDT to commence the astrological new year. The Stellium in the Cardinal Fire Sign is further strengthened by the Sun joining Venus, Saturn, and Neptune in Aries. Also on the 20th, Mercury ends its three-week retrograde cycle at 3:33 PM EDT, though it remains in the shadow of that retrograde until April 9th, when Mercury reaches the degree at which it turned retrograde back on the 26th of February.

We step into spring with a different posture now — more aware, more attuned, more willing to meet the unknown with courage and curiosity. The world around us may be shifting at unprecedented speed, yet recent experiences have prepared us for the great unfolding of 2026 and beyond. We begin to take on the character of the spiritual warrior, recognizing that we are, in truth, the ones we have been waiting for.

Mars sextiles Jupiter on the 21st of March, making this weekend a propitious time for an early spring cleaning. Energy stirs and gathers force. We may feel impelled to alter our surroundings, refresh our living environment, and prepare the home in accordance with changing times. The fix-up continues on Sunday the 22nd, when our attention may turn more fully toward springtime projects and involvements that speak to personal destiny. The Sun conjuncts Neptune on the 22nd, followed on the 25th by the Sun conjunct Saturn and the Sun sextile Pluto.

By integrating our material concerns with our spiritual aspirations, we begin to create a more complete whole within ourselves, balancing earthly needs with otherworldly interests. In listening to the muse of our spirit guides, we may discern our right course of action and then prioritize what we wish to accomplish in a grounded, practical manner. The future is now, even if at first we proceed by baby steps while growing accustomed to a new way forward.

The Saturn–Pluto sextile on the 28th allows us to develop both the structure and the means to achieve our deepest goals. With plans in mind and commitment in place, we are ready for the curtain to rise on the technological revolution and for us to forge assertively ahead this spring and beyond. As March draws to a close, Venus exits Aries, a Sign of Detriment for Venus, and enters Taurus on the 30th at 12:01 PM EDT, a Sign that Venus rules. Style becomes everything. We begin arranging our hopes and dreams into forms that are not only purposeful but enticing and appealing.

April opens with the Libra Full Moon, as the Moon opposes the Sun at 10:12 PM EDT. Relationships are highlighted, yet always with an eye toward the future. We are looking at where and how we may leave our personal imprint. At the same time, we may catch further inklings of the technological revolution through programs, techniques, and equipment capable of streamlining operations, enhancing productivity, and making life fuller and easier.

Friday the 3rd of April suggests the wisdom of solitude or of staying close to home, avoiding the frenzy of crowds. Mercury trines Jupiter early in the day EDT, while Venus squares Pluto in the early evening EDT. Drawing upon faith and intuitive instinct, we may begin the day hopeful, upbeat, and confident. Much could be accomplished if distractions are avoided and concentration maintained. Yet the evening may prove more problematic. Issues in relationships are liable to arise. This is not a time to allow ourselves to be manipulated at great cost and for little return. Home may be the safest and wisest place to spend the evening.

In Christian theology, Easter celebrates the resurrection of Jesus, rising from the dead to ascend into heaven. Falling on April 5th this year, whether one is Christian or not, this holiday often ushers in the truer feeling of springtime — a season of renewal and rebirth. This same 5th of April has the Sun square Jupiter. Feeling the thrust of spring, we may become imbued with blind optimism, sensing that whatever matters to us can be achieved. Though such a feel-good attitude has its place and should not be dismissed, awareness of conditions and circumstances remains essential. During this paradigm shift, things can change suddenly, dramatically, and often without notice.

The Aries Stellium may fill us with fiery intent and a desire to look out for number one, yet these times suggest — indeed, demand — that we surrender arrogance and narrow perspective in order to see what is truly unfolding and to take advantage of opportunities not entirely of our own making. There is the possibility now of unexpected blessings, tastes of magic and miracles. As incidents arise that suggest the universe is often on our side, we may begin to feel lucky, and that luck may tempt us to step beyond our ordinary habits and take a chance on something that genuinely impassions us.

Mars sextiles Uranus on the 8th of April, and we may feel compelled to take a risk, to direct our energies toward doing things differently or trying something new, both of which can instill freedom and adventure into daily life. Even those usually adverse to risk may decide under this Mars–Uranus configuration to take a chance.

Then on the 9th of April comes a major shift in energy, as Mars exits Pisces and enters its own Sign of Aries at 3:36 PM EDT. We are leaving behind a Sign where energy may have been more passive or reactive than proactive. As Mars enters Aries, the volume seems to rise. Physical energy strengthens, and our determination to go our own way intensifies. Mars further increases the influence of the Cardinal Fire Sign Stellium, joining the Sun, Saturn, and Neptune in Aries.

This marks a period when we may take machete in hand and carve our own path. Passion and stamina are available in abundance. Yet the liability of this powerpack is equally evident: narcissism, arrogance, and excessive self-focus may render us oblivious to other people’s concerns, inattentive to cautionary signs, and inclined to step on toes.

The week of the 13th through the 19th of April may prove one of the finest weeks of the season.

We begin on the 13th with Mars conjunct Neptune and Venus sextile Jupiter. It would be wise to give forethought to plans for the day, for once started, there may be no stopping us. There is no neutral gear to this day. We may go gangbusters, fueled by determination and an almost infallible confidence in whatever we undertake. With Venus and Jupiter — the two good guys of the planetary realm — in harmonious configuration, love is in the air. One need not be in April in Paris for these energies to work their enchantment. Warmth and charm radiate wherever we are. Our feel-good attitude may be contagious, though many may also be seeing the world and one another through highly personal, self-reflective lenses.

Tuesday the 14th continues the upbeat mood, adding startling insights to the optimism. Mercury sextiles Uranus, and we may surprise ourselves with perceptions that seem beyond our usual reach. News may arrive that heartens and lifts us. Later, Mercury exits Pisces and enters Aries at 11:21 PM EDT, further strengthening the Aries Stellium as Mercury joins the Sun, Mars, Saturn, and Neptune in the Cardinal Fire Sign.

The powerpack in Aries, however, may prove a little too much if everyone is doing their own thing come hell or high water, with little regard for others. These next few days may feel as though we are on fire, and caution is needed lest we act rashly, impetuously, and without awareness of conditions or even a clear itinerary.

With so much Fire driving us forward, we must be certain where we are going and what we are doing. The 16th of April has Mars sextile Pluto and Mercury conjunct Neptune. Let us hope we place the horse before the cart today — that we give serious thought to our intentions, ground our course of action, and do not rush headlong on blind faith alone. This day calls for strategy, for once movement begins, there may be no stopping us. Persistence and determination may be immense, almost indefatigable, and it is therefore wise to think soberly before setting out. If we draw equally upon intuitive sense and critical analysis, we can determine the best course of action and move assertively toward our goals and ambitions.

Every season truly begins with the first New Moon of that season, and for springtime, the Aries New Moon occurs on the 17th of April when the Moon conjuncts the Sun at 7:52 AM EDT. Though on the cusp of Aries–Taurus, this New Moon truly begins the spring season. Although a minor aspect, the Sun–Moon conjunction is semi-sextile [30°] to Uranus, and we are likely to see further indications of the technological revolution about to unfold quickly and exponentially. Even before the waxing Moon reaches the Full Moon on the 1st of May, Uranus will have exited Taurus to enter Gemini on the 25th of April, initiating the influence of a major configuration of the transcendental planets: Uranus in Gemini trine Pluto in Aquarius, and both sextile Neptune in Aries.

We are standing at the threshold of a significant transformation in human history.

For each of us, this New Moon on the 17th of April encourages us to reach beyond ordinary parameters, to extend our reach, and to do so in a grounded manner. These are exciting times. Let us embrace the spirit of the adventurer and our own ascension in consciousness.

The 18th gives our thinking a forensic quality, enabling us to cut away irrelevancies and focus on the truly essential. Communications may be sharp and direct. We are concentrating on what is meaningful, purposeful, and in service to our greatest ambitions.

Over the previous four weeks, spring fever may have pushed new projects forward with great force but perhaps more impulse than strategy. The 19th of April has Mars conjunct Saturn, allowing us to harness energy and create the most appropriate structure for our goals. We may feel somewhat reined in, yet that very restraint can provide the proper molding for eventual success.

The Sun exits Aries and enters Taurus on the 19th at 9:39 PM EDT. A steadier manner now tempers rashness and impulsivity, replacing them with restraint and determination. The Sun’s entry into Taurus creates a Stellium in the Fixed Earth Sign, as the Sun joins Uranus and Venus in the Venus-ruled Sign. We now have two Stelliums — one in Aries, the other in Taurus. Increasingly, we may take our creative impulses and fashion them into practical forms. We also have the Aries Stellium with Mars, ruler of Aries, and the Taurus Stellium with Venus, ruler of Taurus.

Though the Taurus Stellium is short-lived, lasting only until the 24th when Venus exits Taurus to enter Gemini, this five-day period of twin powerpacks provides the impetus to seed plans and give solid form to what we wish to achieve.

Brainstorming and problem solving are strong on the 20th of April, when Mercury conjuncts both Saturn and Mars. Taking the time to strategize and plan the best course of action can provide both itinerary and direction for advancing personal interests. Once a best-practices approach is developed, we have the thrust to move assertively ahead. This is a day when brain and brawn can work in concert, complementing one another for an effective day of doing things the right way.

Just before both Venus and Uranus exit Taurus, they are conjunct in the last degree of Taurus on the 23rd. Surprising developments can affect finances, style, and goals. This is a day when magic is evident. That magic may bring positive opportunities, though at times it may also challenge us. The keynotes of this configuration are change and serendipity — being in the right place at the right time. There may be unusual encounters, purchases that streamline operations, or some head-turning incident reminding us that we are moving through a paradigm shift.

Venus enters Gemini on the 24th at 12:03 AM EDT. In leaving its own Sign of Taurus for Gemini, Venus may lose some decorum but gain in conversation and variety. The more, the merrier may become our attitude toward contacts and interactions. There may be less depth, but certainly more range and movement.

April 25th brings a major Sign shift as Uranus exits Taurus and enters Gemini at 8:50 PM EDT. On the same day, the Sun squares Pluto. Though we may be tempted to accomplish projects as we once did, we are entering the technological revolution. Old ways may no longer suffice; new ways can expedite the process. Insights may come fast and furious. The quirky and irreverent may now seem more appealing. Exciting times indeed, as we step further across the threshold into a new age. With Uranus entering Gemini, we begin feeling the major energy configuration of the next several years: Uranus in Gemini trine Pluto in Aquarius, and both sextile Neptune in Aries. The paradigm shift becomes increasingly evident as technological tools reveal the magic and miracles of this emerging era.

Yet the excitement of dramatic change is not for the faint of heart. Each of us is asked to be a spiritual warrior, open to the adventures of this paradigm shift. While optimism is natural, there is also the temptation to assume that the changing energy is entirely positive and that everything will work out for the best without liabilities. That temptation may be especially strong on the 26th of April, when Venus sextiles Neptune and Mercury squares Jupiter. A sense of the idyllic — both in prospects and in relationships — may leave us vulnerable to the trickster, with situations appearing promising and almost free of consequence. We could easily slip into a fool’s paradise, seeing and believing only what we wish. If we temper enthusiasm, we are less likely to fall prey to illusion and delusion.

On the 28th of April, drawing upon the wise counsel of a good friend or trusted confidante when Venus trines Pluto may help us define and focus our intentions. Suggestions offered may be objective, insightful, and encouraging. Relationships feel deep and cordial, reminding us of the importance of significant people in our lives. Life is undeniably enriched by special connections.

May 1st is Beltane, a day celebrating fertility, the peak of spring, and the coming summer. This May Day has Venus sextile Saturn and the Scorpio Full Moon, as the Moon opposes the Sun at 1:23 PM EDT. It is a day to concentrate on endings and beginnings. We may draw upon past experience and reliable connections to fine-tune our course ahead. Though we are looking forward, we are likely to appreciate the expertise gained from prior encounters and to discern our best way onward. There is no throwing out the baby with the bath water. Despite life’s ups and downs, we may recognize the wisdom gained through both opportunities and challenges, those very experiences that have molded us into who we are now. The future beckons, but the lessons of the path behind us remain precious.

Mercury exits Aries and enters Taurus on May 2nd at 10:57 PM EDT. Thoughts become less self-involved and more practical. With Mercury in a Sign ruled by Venus and Venus in Gemini, a Sign ruled by Mercury, a Mutual Reception is in play, strengthening the influence of each. Communications become less impulsive, less likely to shoot from the lip, and more attuned to conditions and to presenting ideas in a more appealing manner.

The Aries Stellium lessens in influence, though it continues through the 18th of May, when Mars exits its own Sign of Aries and enters Taurus.

The early phase of spring is fiery, capable of getting us off square one and moving forward machete in hand to carve our own path. Yet it also carries the liability of rashness and impulsive behavior. That tendency may be especially evident on the 4th of May when Mars squares Jupiter. Arrogance and narcissism may be on display, with people on their high horse, doing as they please without adequately considering consequences. Overdoing is likely if planning and reflection are absent.

Moving from one age into another is never entirely easy. Some wish to cling to past realities; others are eager to leap into the future. On the 5th of May, Mercury squares Pluto. Conversations may become heated, with people entrenched in opinion regardless of evidence. This is a day to guard speech and to share beliefs only with those genuinely willing to listen. Offering ideas to someone utterly opposed may invite sharp and nasty pushback.

The 5th also has Pluto stationary, turning retrograde on the 6th. Whenever Pluto changes direction, whether from direct to retrograde or retrograde to direct, the atmosphere can become explosive. Issues simmering below the surface may erupt forcefully. We need to remain keenly aware of possible violent outbreaks, explosions, and blasts — human triggered, atmospheric, or geophysical, including earthquakes and volcanoes. Concerns about technology, its advances, and its future may stir fear and anxiety, with some wishing to put the genie back into the bottle. Yet the future may be delayed, but it will not be denied.

No matter the hiccups around the 5th and 6th of May, the 10th of May offers sweetness with the Sun sextile Jupiter. It is Mother’s Day, and despite unanticipated shifts in plans, we may feel appreciative of where we have been and from whom we have come. Reflection softens past incidents. Looking back over life, we may realize that even darker chapters held blessings in disguise. Life is good, faith renewed, and we move forward knowing that we are following personal destiny.

A defining characteristic of this paradigm shift and of the emerging technological era is the possibility of personal awakening — a greater clarity about both our immediate world and the broader macro scale. These recent times have been turbulent, volatile, and marked by wild swings that have been disconcerting at best and terrifying at worst. Yet while they have shaken us up, they have also prepared us for a leap in awareness.

Now we are increasingly under the influence of the transcendental planets forming a kind of symphony, raising the bar and heightening the frequency: Uranus in Gemini trine Pluto in Aquarius, both sextile Neptune in Aries. This configuration will continue on and off for the next seven years, transforming both society and our personal lives if we are willing to engage the process. We have already had inklings over the past year as we transition from the way things have been into a highly altered future.

One time of integration arrives on the 13th of May, when the conditioned mind may feel the intuitive sense pressing in. Rather than choosing one over the other, we may integrate the critical, reasoning mind with intuitive knowing. Mercury sextiles Jupiter on the 13th, offering the ability to strategize and plan the best way forward. Confidence grows, and we may feel capable of turning any maze into a labyrinth.

May 14th has the Sun conjunct Mercury. The mind turns toward foundations, right structure, and a best-practices approach. This is the time to lay down the basics of operation in developing projects and organizing methodology. We are concerned with our standing in our world and ambitious to achieve positive results.

The Taurus New Moon on the 16th of May, when the Moon conjuncts the Sun at 4:01 PM EDT, builds upon this sober thinking regarding how best to realize goals. There may be a great deal of discussion, yet through the sifting of ideas we can develop a best-practices approach for moving forward. The next two weeks, up to the Full Moon on the 31st, may emphasize getting our house in order and branching into exploration of options and alternatives. First, however, grounded basics must be established, like creating a base camp before climbing a mountain to its summit. Proper planning assists in generating successful results.

On the 17th, Mercury exits Taurus and enters its own Sign of Gemini at 6:26 AM EDT, and later that day Mercury conjuncts Uranus. Not only is the mind freed from practical constraint, but thoughts and ideas may range across a broad spectrum of possibilities. Nothing seems limited, nothing restricted by standard procedure. On the contrary, startling insights may arrive under this Mercury–Uranus configuration. We may hear things previously unknown. Moments of revelation can spark thought and enliven conversation. This is a day to remain open to receive. It also begins Mercury’s advantageous interactions with the three transcendental planets — first Uranus on the 17th, and then both Neptune and Pluto on the 19th.

This mid-May period is likely to witness various forms of magic and miracles, all signs of the paradigm shift taking on greater form and substance.

There are two major Sign changes on the 18th of May. Mars exits its own Sign of Aries to enter Taurus at 6:25 PM EDT, thus ending the Stellium in the Cardinal Fire Sign. Venus also exits Gemini and enters Cancer at 9:05 PM EDT.

Impetuousness lessens; stable implementation increases. Focus may shift toward home and family matters, with graduations, reunions, and gatherings bringing together friends and loved ones.

The 19th of May has Mercury sextile Neptune and Mercury trine Pluto, while Venus sextiles Mars. Still under the revelatory influence of Mercury conjunct Uranus from two days earlier, we may combine intuitive awareness with a forensic ability to cut to the core in investigations and conversations. Gone is the arrogant self-congratulation that may have surfaced last month. Instead, we become more interested in drawing understanding and suggestions from a wide swath of sources.

The Sun exits Taurus and enters Gemini on the 20th at 8:37 PM EDT. The Sun now triggers a Mutable Air Sign Stellium, joining Mercury and Uranus in Gemini. Being the Sign of the twins, Gemini speaks to sampling, to trying this and that and something else besides, without great depth or long-term commitment. There is the feeling of being young at heart, lively in spirit, and vibrant in behavior.

We may feel at the top of our game. Outdoor activities beckon. Travel, even if only local day trips, becomes appealing. There is a sense that spring has truly sprung.

Yet even amidst the exhilaration of rebirth and renewal that colors this May period, discernment and discrimination remain necessary. It would be easy to get carried away with feel-good sentiments, and therein lies potential liability.

The 22nd has Venus square Neptune, Mercury sextile Saturn, and the Sun conjunct Uranus. Excitement over the new and the different could leave us vulnerable to appearances, forgetting to verify whether content supports image. If care is lacking and scrutiny absent, we may find ourselves on the short end of the stick. What appears delightful may not be what it seems. Let us temper high spirits with a strong dose of critical analysis so that what looks appealing on the outside does not become a nightmare once involved.

The Sun–Uranus conjunction initiates the Sun’s harmonious interactions with the transcendental planets, with the Sun sextile Neptune on the 24th and the Sun trine Pluto on the 26th.

The Sun trine Neptune on May 24th suggests a Sunday for restoring spirit and recharging batteries. In fast-paced lives, quiet times are rare. This is a day to rest, reflect, and count blessings.

The 26th of May, however, demands care. The Sun completes its connection with the transcendental planets through the Sun trine Pluto, helping us focus on what is truly meaningful and discard irrelevancies. Yet a problem could arise because Mars squares Pluto on this Tuesday. Pluto being the higher octave of Mars, this configuration may prove explosive — violent attacks, bomb blasts, or energies simply too hot to handle, with irreparable ramifications. Although we may want to focus on essentials, we must take care not to go too far too fast. Risks taken even with good intentions may turn out to be a bust rather than a boon.

This end of May could leave us out of sorts. Behavior may edge toward extremes, with severe consequences, not least in how relationships respond to any sudden intensity we ourselves may be exhibiting.

Venus square Saturn on the 28th of May could necessitate resolution of past issues and relationship hurts caused by callousness. We may need to eat crow if prior actions do not cast us in the best light. Reconnections and remembrances can remind us of who we have been, while simultaneously serving as a mirror of who we are now compared with who we once were.

We end May on the 31st with the Sagittarius Full Moon when the Moon opposes the Sun at 4:45 AM EDT. Completing the waxing Moon cycle that began with the New Moon on the 17th, we have had the opportunity to get our house in order, work with the structures for our intended future, and begin exploring a broad array of options. The influence of this Full Moon is the opportunity to emphasize venues for creativity while also solidifying meaningful relationships. It takes two to tango, and we may feel more complete through the important people in our lives than by dancing alone.

We enter June with a significant energy shift. Explorations and adventures may continue, yet more important now are involvements with family matters and the home base of operations.

The month of June begins on the 1st with Mercury exiting its own Sign of Gemini and entering Cancer at 7:56 AM EDT. The Stellium in Gemini ends, and a Stellium in Cancer begins as Mercury joins Venus and Jupiter in the Cardinal Water Sign. The Cancer Stellium continues through the first half of June until Venus exits Cancer and enters Leo on the 13th.

We often hear of the June bride, and with good reason, for the month speaks of concentration on family and on home matters.

Early June may have us participating in school reunions, graduations, weddings, and other gatherings that bring present moments into contact with memories from the past. To some extent, this becomes a walk down Memory Lane as we consider the road we have taken to arrive where we are now.

That sense of remembrance may be triggered on the 2nd when the Sun sextiles Saturn. We may reflect on successes and on the steps that brought us to this point in the life journey. Accomplishments in various areas of life can reassure us that life has been well lived and that there is still more to come.

There are times, however, when thoughts become muddied by past behavior patterns, anxieties, or concerns over changing conditions. During this paradigm shift, mindfulness, awareness, and acceptance of shifting circumstance are essential.

The 3rd of June, when Mercury squares Neptune, may find thoughts confused and uncertain of the right direction. We might draw on old experiences that no longer bear relevance to the present, much less the future. Fear of making the wrong move can paralyze decision-making. This is a day to avoid definitive choices or major commitments. Better to wait until thinking grows clearer and apprehension lessens.

The two good guys of the planetary realm, Venus and Jupiter, are conjunct on the 9th of June. Aided by the Moon’s positive interplay with the transcendental planets, this day could come close to idyllic. Same old, same old is not the tone. On the contrary, magic may be afoot, and we might feel on cloud nine. What we must avoid is overindulgence or assuming that such enchantment will continue indefinitely. It is a lovely thought, but hardly realistic during volatile times marked by swings between exhilaration and despair. Let us enjoy the day, temper appetites, and not expect permanence.

After a day that may seem ideal, sober reality could strike hard on the 10th when Mercury squares Saturn. From exuberance and unbridled optimism, we might be brought abruptly into practical reality, realizing that although the big picture was glorious, essential specifics were missing. Despondency can arise if things are not operating as smoothly as hoped.

Venus exits Cancer and enters Leo on the 13th of June at 6:47 AM EDT. The Cancer Stellium ends until the summer solstice next week on the 21st when the Sun enters Cancer and restores a Cancer Stellium.

Venus in Leo may have us ‘putting on the Ritz’ — with makeovers, wardrobe purchases, and a desire for pleasure and bright experience. It also opens the door to Venus making connections with the transcendental planets next week, bringing fascinating encounters, dances with a devil or an angel, and relationship fireworks. Venus in Leo adds unmistakable pizzazz to life and lifestyle.

The Gemini New Moon on the 14th, when the Moon conjuncts the Sun at 10:54 PM EDT, opens a two-week period of exploring a world of possibilities. We become more interested in sampling and trying things out than in rigid commitment to one thing day in and day out. We are looking to the future and wishing to make it real now. Variety becomes the spice of life over these next two weeks, with the likelihood of experiencing incidents of magic and mini-miracles in daily life. Exciting times — and they have only just begun.

This latter part of the spring season has Venus in Leo engaging the transcendental planets: Venus sextile Uranus on the 15th, Venus trine Neptune on the 16th, and culminating with Venus opposed Pluto on the 17th.

This three-day period may be quite a whirlwind. Under Venus sextile Uranus on the 15th, a serendipitous encounter may occur as if by magic. It might simply be a matter of being in the right place at the right time, yet wonderful surprises may sweep us off our feet. Venus trine Neptune on the 16th could leave us believing that certain connections are karmic, that we have met a soulmate or twin flame. We might easily assume that everything is idyllic. The liability of these two days lies in becoming mesmerized, carried away by hope and wish, with too little practical reality mixed in. While the paradigm shift into sequential reality promises events arising in unexpected ways and affirming that life is good, healthy skepticism and critical analysis remain necessary. If we create a bubble of the idyllic, that bubble could burst when Venus opposes Pluto on the 17th. Reality steps in, masks are removed, and we may see clearly what is real and what was only an enchanting mirage. Solid relationships can deepen; tricksters may be shown the door.

This spring season is a season of stepping ever closer into this revolutionary phase, a transformative time for our individual lives and for society as a whole.

Spring 2026… welcome the renewal, rebirth, and new beginnings of an altered reality…
